Marilyn was my Grandmother and I am proud to be her first Grandchild. Though I grew up thousands of miles away my Grandmother never made it feel so far.

My earliest memories of my Grandmother are wrapped and hugs and her crocheted blankets. She was quite the craft artist, but a genius when it came to yarn and hooks. She spent endless hours making each family member blankets and other fantastic crafts over the years. Something I hope to master as well.

From the Time I was 3 Grandma's blankets were like her Hugging me and still are.

I miss you terribly and am happy you are at peace.
