Obituary

Carmen DeFeo

On Saturday October 06th, 2018, Carmen DeFeo, loving brother, father and partner, passed away at the age of 79.

Carmen was born on July 16th, 1939 in Boston, Massachusetts to Brenno & Anna DeFeo. He graduated from Highline High School in 1958. In his early years he worked as a shoe salesman and went on to to manage  multiple businesses in Burien, Hawaii and New Mexico before moving into the produce industry as a delivery driver.

Carmen had a passion for fishing and hunting. He loved being in the boat out on the water and working out in the yard. If he was relaxing at home, it was a guarantee the horse races or an old classic movie would be on. He enjoyed the simple pleasures in life. Spending time with family and friends, helping others. Cooking and enjoying good food. He loved music; everything from Doo Wop to Pavarotti. He was known for his fun-loving personality, quick wit and charm. His loyalty, love and generosity were unsurpassed.

Carmen was preceded in death by his father Brenno, mother Anna, brother Nunzio, sister Helen, sister Lucy and niece Roseanna.  He survived by his sister Anna & brother-in-law Lino, brother Patrick, daughter Andrea, partner Denzie-Grandma to Jack & Sam, previous spouse and mother to his child Linda, step-son Darren,  nephews Anthony & Pat, several extended family and longtime friends.
