Garland Eugene Price
Garland Eugene Price was born March 15, 1930 in Westernport, Maryland to Irvin Garland and Pauline Alice (Herring) Price. Garlnad passed away March 5, 2014 in Auburn, Washington at the age of 83. Garland worked in the banking industry in California in the 1950’s, and then left bankiing and became a Chiropractor which he did for many years.
Garland is survived by his wife Peggy Price, daughter Cyndy Price, son Daryl Price, son John Hopkins, son David Hopkins, daughter Janet Swen, and daughter Sharon Rauenzahn, ten grandchildren, brother Jimmy Price, sister Susie Parks, nieces and nephews.
Funeral Serivces for Garland will be held Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at 2:00pm at Auburn Church of the Nazarene, 1225 29th St. SE, Auburn, WA. A Graveside Service will be held Friday, March 21, 2014 at 12:30pm at Tahoma National Cemetery, 18600 SE 240th St., Kent, WA.
Garland was a super guy,I remember him singing Mr Moon to my kids and his funny stories–like the Carnation Milk jingle!!! He will be missed.Thank you ,Garland for your service to America and for your help to so many people with your chiropractic skills. Rest in Peace my friend! Big John
