Eric L. Hagdahl, 61, of Federal Way, Washington, passed away on September 3, 2026.
Eric grew up in Longview, Washington, where he graduated from Mark Morris High School before completing vocational training at UTI in Phoenix, Arizona. Known for his exceptional work ethic and dedication, Eric built a long and successful career in retail management.
Eric is survived by his loving wife, Linda Hagdahl; daughter, Jennifer Sundberg; son, Steven Hagdahl; sister, Julie Andrews; brother, Brad Russell; half-siblings, Sue Bynon, Steve Klampe, and Mike Klampe; and granddaughters, Madelynn, Brooklyn, and Jordyn Hagdahl.
What made Eric truly special was his unwavering love and devotion to his wife and family, and, of course, his passion for the Seattle Seahawks. He loved sharing a good laugh, brought energy and joy wherever he went, pursued his faith with sincerity, and created countless cherished memories with those he loved. Eric also enjoyed golfing, especially participating in the annual Hagdahl Meatball Open Tournament.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on October 17, 2026, at Brooklake Church in Federal Way, Washington.
Eric will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
