Zelfa M VERSOI
December 4, 1925 – September 6, 2013.
She was the beloved mother of Jean Marie Holdcraft and Cheri Lee Hughes. Her husband Eugene Versoi of 53 years predeceased her in 2003. She leaves behind 4 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was a 50 Year Member of Queen Anne/Occidental Chapter, Order of Eastern Star.
Memorial Services 1:00 PM, Friday, October 25, 2013 at Bonney-Watson, Washington Memorial, 16445 Pacific Highway South, SeaTac.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her honor to your favorite charity or the OMEGA HOUSE Hospice, 2211 Maureen Lane, Houghton Mi. 49931.

I am very sorry to read about your mother. Your email was the first I heard of it. I will pray for her and you and your family. You are very fortunate that you had many years with her and I am sure that there are many fond memories. After a person is gone from this earth, it is those fond memories that live in our hearts forever.
We were so sorry to hear about your mother. I’m glad we got a chance to meet her and enjoy her company for a bit. She was a lovely lady.
I enjoyed getting to know Zelfa over the years as she came in to our Physician. She was one of my favorites and a very courageous gal. My condolences to her family.
Cheri, I just read the notice of your momma’s passing. I am soooo sorry for your loss. I remember her kindness when we were kids……… I am unable to get to Seattle for the memorial, but am thinking of you and you will be in my thoughts, especially on Friday. jean and cherie; i just found out today(10/26) your mom has passed. Im so sad. I spent over a year being there when Gene was sick and passed on. I tried to help your mom adjust to such a loss. we loved to watch survivor together; i mowed the lawn every week; planted flowers to brighten her day; took out the trash to help. fed loki and al when she had a hard time coming down the stairs. when the kids bought the house i was asked to leave but i knew that is what she wanted. she was a mother figure to me i never had. her passing truly reminds me that i was blessed to be a part of her life at such difficult time and i hope i brought her a sense of caring in her own home. i never did get to really see Lucy; her favorite. shes in my thoughts and prayers forever
