I wish I had the chance to have met you. From all the words and wisdom from people that actually met you, you are an amazing man. Working and being friends with your daughter Jenny, just tells me how good of a father you were and how much you took pride that she was yours. Your life was shorten and I am sure you will be missed but never forgotten. Rest in Peace.

Rene, I want to thank you for all that you taught me as a friends and advisor. You were an inspiration and a beautiful soul. This world will not be the same without you. You touched so many lives and created an environment of comfort and respect that followed you wherever you went. I will always remember your smile and calm kind voice. I believe that you will continue to bless all of the lives that you touched from above and we will all be forever indebted to you for that.

My deepest condolences go out to Rene’s family and friends…there are memories in all our lives that I believe we tend to never forget. In the short amount of time in which I knew Rene I feel like I’ve known him my whole life, he will truly be a memory in my life that I’ll never forget.

Rene was truly one of the rarest people I’ve ever met. He did much more than just build airplanes while working for Boeing. He had many friends here at Boeing, it seemed that no matter where you went or what program you worked on someone heard of or knew Rene. Mostly because I believe wherever Rene went he left an impression that you could never forget. His good attitude, kindness and willingness to help others and do good are just a few…it’s no wonder he had so many friends. He always brought people together, some of which was his team in wing body join on the 767 program. He told me often how proud he was of his teammates and I could see in his team how well they respected and cared for Rene. I honestly believe Rene had two families in life, his biological family and the ones he worked with each day at Boeing. His team respected and loved him and there was nothing they wouldn’t do for him. He was always in a good mood even through the toughest of times and he always had a smile on his face. There’s a little bit of grace inside each and every one of us and I believe Rene had so much to spare that a little of his flowed over into everyone he touched or worked with…helping us all to be better people . This is a sad time in all our lives. Rene will truly be missed, but as I stated before he will be one of those people most of us will never forget. I would like to say thank you Rene for all you’ve done for me, your imprint on me will last a lifetime, for your friendship, for the family you had at work and for all you’ve done for them and Boeing. May God bless your family, friends…and most of all, may God bless you that you may have eternal salvation. Until we all meet again my friend

Deepest sympathy to the family and loved ones. I worked with Rene at Boeing and was expecting to see him there after the New Year. We will be lost without him. He helped so many people with so much. He was a hard-working, kind, and humorous man. I know he will be watching over all of us. Please accept my sincere prayers for strength and healing. God bless.
