Oskar was born in Banes, Cuba. After the Cuban Revolution in 1959, when all his properties were taken, he moved to the USA searching for freedom. He lived in New York, New Orleans, and finally in Seattle, WA, where he made many friends. He is survived by many cousins and Jack, his companion of many years.
Oskar will be dearly missed by all of us for his love of family, a loving son, and godfather to Mirtha Ruiz-Miranda.
