Obituary

Ed Robinson, age 57, passed away in his sleep on November 20, 2021 after a long struggle with illness. Ed was born in Cincinnati, Ohio to Woodrow and JoAnn Robinson.

Ed grew up in Goshen, Ohio and Bethel, Ohio.

He moved to Seattle, Washington with his family in 1978 at the age of 14.

Ed had a heart of gold, he loved telling stories and making people laugh.

He loved dogs and finding homes for them. Much to his surprise, he fell in love with his cat Finley.

Family meant everything to Ed. He enjoyed spending time with his nieces and nephews. He loved holidays, especially Thanksgiving. After dinner, the family would play cards till early morning.

Ed’s line of work was auto body repair. He was a painter and had a passion for restoring old cars. His most recent project was his dream car, a 1957 Chevy hardtop. One of Ed’s most enjoyable times was taking a trip with his best friend Roy. They went to Las Vegas, where they experienced “Dream Racing” at the Vegas Speedway. Ed also enjoyed going on road trips, cruising Alki, going to car shows, dining out and watching movies with his girlfriend Wendy.

Ed was preceded in death by his parents Woodrow and JoAnn Robinson. Ed is survived by three sisters Linda, Diana and Barbara, and four brothers Rob, Rick, John and Dan. Eight nieces and eight nephews. The family would like to say thank you to Wendy for showing so much love and being so caring and strong for Ed.

WE LOVE YOU ED

REST IN PEACE
