Noemi Francia Ortiz, age 67, passed away on Friday, December 20, 2024, in Seattle, Washington. She was born to Ricardo Ortiz and Luisa Francia on November 17, 1957 in Pangasinan, Philippines. Noemi leaves her loved ones with unforgettable memories and loving stories. She will be sincerely missed by her loving family, devoted friends, and all of the wonderful individuals who knew and loved her.
A Public Visitation and Rosary Service is scheduled for Noemi on Wednesday, January 8, 2025 from 9:00am until 11:00am at Bonney Watson Washington Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, followed by a Graveside Service and Interment at Washington Memorial Park of the same location at 11:30am.
