Mrs. Duc-Xuong Dang Duong (née Đặng Thị Đức-Xương) was born on May 15, 1928, in Bắc Ninh, Vietnam. She passed away peacefully in Seattle, Washington, on February 2, 2026. She was 97 years old.
Preceding her in death was her daughter (Minh-Chi), her eldest sister (Hoan), and her husband (Lâm). Surviving her are her 3 siblings (Cảnh, Huy, Quý), 11 children, many grandchildren, their spouses, and great-grandchildren.
A funeral mass will be held for Mrs. Duong on Saturday, February 21, at St. Matthew Catholic Church (1240 NE 127th St., Seattle, WA 98125) at 8:00am. Interment will follow at Holyrood Cemetery (205 NE 205th St., Shoreline, WA 98155).
