Born on April 20, 1938, in Goose Bay, Oregon, he is survived by his wife, Marcill McCallum, SeaTac, WA; two children, Thomas Skinner, Jr., Nevada, and Dennice Skinner, California; one granddaughter, Schantell, and numerous other brothers, sisters, and loving relatives. We will miss Tommy so very much. He always had a ready smile and a good joke for all.
