I had the privelege to work with Joe for several years and to play a lot of golf with him. I will miss him and his golf tips a lot.
I am sorry to hear about Joe, I know his great since of humor and his wonderful laugh will be missed by his family and friends.
God Bless you All. Bob and Marge Hatley
I worked with Joe for 18 years. I want Traci to know that Joe was always very proud of you. On several occasions he mentioned that “his little girl” was going to the “U”. I know Joe probably didn’t tell you this because that just wasn’t his nature, but you did make him proud. Please pass on my condolences to your grandma.
Sincerely,
Frank Garcia
Aunt Jean and Tracy Ann,

I have had the privelege of knowing Joe as both friend and co-worker. We shared many hours together working on his 442. and also golfing together.I will remember Joe as a kind and generous gentleman. He will be missed by me and my wife who also had the privelege of meeting Joe.
