I worked with Joe for 18 years. I want Traci to know that Joe was always very proud of you. On several occasions he mentioned that “his little girl” was going to the “U”. I know Joe probably didn’t tell you this because that just wasn’t his nature, but you did make him proud. Please pass on my condolences to your grandma.

Sincerely,

Frank Garcia

I have had the privelege of knowing Joe as both friend and co-worker. We shared many hours together working on his 442. and also golfing together.I will remember Joe as a kind and generous gentleman. He will be missed by me and my wife who also had the privelege of meeting Joe.
