Charles Edward Arnold was born January 25, 1963 in Seattle, Washington to Katherine Arnold-Goff. Charles was the youngest of 3 children.

Charles lived in the Central District as a young child and spent his teenage years in South Seattle. He attended Rainier Beach High School. Charles worked in the hospitality industry like his mother.

As a young child, Charles loved Superheroes and Hot Wheel cars. Being the youngest, he was known for getting his way. He loved his Grandmother’s fried chicken, and he always got the best pieces.  His mom knew he loved breakfast Jack’s and she made sure he had at least 6 each morning, he did love food. Charles could make friends with anybody because he liked to talk. He loved to watch sports. You knew if Charles were in your house because you could hear him coming. If you needed him, he would be there and he Loved Family. He made a point to call each day to say I Love you or just ask how you are doing. We will miss that call.

Charles leaves to mourn two daughters Aaliyah K. Arnold and Charessa Tamayo, Sister Joyce Goff-Saunders (Byron) Brother-in-law, Brother, Kenneth R. Arnold (Nicole) Sister-in-law, cousins Janice Blanchard and Charlene Starling, Niece and Nephews Taneisha Coleman (Mel), James Battee III, Lora Tatum (James), Kasi L. Saunders and a host of great nieces and great nephews.
