MATLOCK, Georgia A. Roberts – 82 of Seattle, WA passed away on March 23, 2004 at Providence Mount St. Vincent after a long illness. She is survived by son, Robert and his wife Susan of Seattle; daughter, Nora and her husband Robert Bagnulo of Tewksbury, MA; five grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren all located in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Georgia was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 62 years, Louis G. Matlock, and also by 3 daughters who died of Cystic Fibrosis – Aretha Jean, Teresa Gayle and Venita Bernadette. Georgia was born on July 15, 1921 in Big Cabin, Oklahoma. She had many interests which included gardening, quilting, sewing and baking. She was an active member of many years with the Seattle Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, at Holy Family parish, and the White Center Eagles. Her family is very thankful to the staff of Group Health Cooperative for their help over many years, and more recently to the staff of Providence Mount St. Vincent. Funeral arrangements by BONNEY-WATSON PARKER Chapel, 900 SW 146th St., Burien, WA 206 244-2320. A Funeral Mass will take place on March 29th at 9:30 AM at the Providence Mount S. Vincent Chapel, 4831 – 35th Avenue SW, Seattle. Interment Holyrood Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy can be made in Georgia’s name to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation at 100 West Harrison, N510, Seattle, WA 98119.
