Jan Moody Dusoleil
55, born June 13, 1949 in Colinga, CA went to be with her Lord and Savior December 29, 2004 after bravely fighting cancer for 3 years. Jan was a loving wife, wonderful mother to her children, and a doting grandmother to her grandchildren.
She is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, Don; daughter, Renee Ben Johnson; Eric Melissa Dusoleil; 2 grandchildren, Nathan age 5, and Olivia age 3. The world will be a little sadder without Jan it and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Jan was always an inspiration to us. In spite of her illness she always had a smile for us. We shall miss her but know she is safe in her Saviour’s arms.
Jan gave that cancer a battle. Her spirits were always so hopeful. I enjoyed the articles she wrote for our newsletter. Because of them I felt I had known her longer than I did. She will be truly missed. I know she now rides the horses in heaven.
The blessings that God has brought to all of us through Jan’s presence at and participaction in Grace Lutheran Church will long be with us until we join in the saints of all times and
for all eternity. Rest well, Jan!
