Joanne Accettola (Ebinger)

Joanne Accettola (Ebinger), a resident of Federal Way, passed away on Friday, September 18, 2026, after a long battle with cancer. She was 63.

Joanne was preceded in death by her parents, Donna Accettola (Brandon) of Iowa and Frank Accettola of Italy.

She is survived by her partner, Beverly Patterson of Federal Way; her daughters, Sunny Larway of Snohomish and Sara Cunningham of Lake Stevens; her son-in-law, Jason Larway of Snohomish; her grandchildren, Halle Egan and Tyler Larway of Snohomish and Connor Overdorff of Lake Stevens; her sister, Carla Accettola of Cape Coral, Florida; and her brother-in-law, Jeff Olson of Cape Coral, Florida.

Joanne built a successful career in the aesthetics industry, working in sales after serving for many years as a controller at a local company. She took great pride in helping her patients make meaningful changes in their lives and realize their dreams.

A Life Well Lived

A fierce competitor, Joanne devoted much of her early life to athletics. She cherished her family above all else, including her beloved dogs, Coco, Tucky, and Poppie.

Joanne loved music, dancing, great food, and travel, and she had been looking forward to a family trip to Mexico in January. A gifted decorator and gracious host, she was known for throwing fabulous parties. She was also a devoted fan of the Seahawks and Mariners.

Joanne will be remembered for her competitive spirit, generosity, warmth, and deep devotion to those she loved.
