Lucille S. Scheytt,

Of Seattle, Washington, died Thursday, April 15, 2004 at the age of 85 years. Lucille was born February 14, 1919 in Hutchinson, MN. She loved working outdoors, and was an Awsome Cook. She was a member of the University Temple United Methodist Church in Seattle and worked for the Seattle School District for many years. She is survived by son Charles Skip Scheytt and wife Nancy of Sumner, WA; sister Florence Dannehl; sister-in-law, Betty Ohlenkamp; brother-in-law, James Westerholm, 8 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and many loved nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Everett Scheytt, 2 Sons Glenn & David Scheytt, grandson Robbie Scheytt, sister Dorothy Westerholm, brother George Ohlenkamp, and brother-in-law Veryl Dannehl. Visitation Saturday 12:00 – 5:00 PM and and Sunday from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM with a Commemorative Service Sunday, April 18, 2004 at 3:00 PM all at Bonney-Watson Washington Memorial, 16445 International Blvd., SeaTac, WA 206 242-1787. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to Franciscan Foundation for Health Care, P.O. Box 1502, Tacoma, WA 98401.

WE ALL GREW UP IN CHARLO MT. LUCILLE WAS A WONDERFUL FRIEND TO OUR FAMILY. SHE DESERVES PEACE AT LAST.

Lucille was one of my mother-in-law,Helen Reimer,best friends and co-worker.She was a great comfort during Helen’s illness.I’m happy to have some of their favorite recipes in the Food Service cookbook.I am sorry for your loss.Sincerely, Dorothy J. Reimer

Mrs. Scheytt was pretty amused when Dave and I dyed our hair and clothes green for Meany Day, in junior high school. Not so when she saw the sink we left. Bless her.
