Obituary
Verna Lee Quickel, 78, of Everett, Washington went to be with her Lord and Savior on December 11, 2022 after succumbing to a long struggle with liver disease. Born on January 1, 1944 in Seattle, WA. She was a warm hearted and loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and also a generous friend and neighbor. She was full of life, love and compassion for others. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her three children Rhonda (Chris) Marlowe, Mark Freedberg and Melvin
(Jenny) Cairns, her six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her son, Eddie, her mother and father, Edith and Melvin Smith and her brothers Ralph, Jimmy, Calvin, and sisters Cora and Dora.
A funeral service with family and friends will be held at Washington Memorial Park in SeaTac, Washington on December 27, 2022 at 12:00 pm.
