In honor of National Grief Month, we will be providing flowers for a complimentary bouquet-making event on Sunday, August 24th at 11:00 a.m. Come join us to create an arrangement for a loved one, and learn about the importance of Pre-Arranging for your funeral and cemetery needs!

How do you begin the conversation about planning a funeral with loved ones who may be uncomfortable discussing death? What strategies can help ease this often awkward topic and ensure that everyone’s wishes and feelings are considered in the process?
Hi Nikolayemeta-
It’s true that discussing death and funeral arranging is often a difficult topic, and while it may be uncomfortable, it is better than leaving the survivors to make decisions in their grief.
Setting an appointment with a funeral home to get some information is the easiest way to start, as well as discussing distribution of assets, last will and testament, and final cemetery placement.
