I will always and forever miss my dear friend.
We shared many hours, outings, laughs, tears and abundant time together.
My heart is… and always will be with you Mark, Blake and family.
I enjoyed knowing Darlene through the investment club, Marketwise. She fought a good battle. My deepest sympathy to her family.

What do you say? I truly am sorry for your loss. Many memories come to mind. I think i my favorite would have to be sitting on her lap month after month being her lucky charm at poker. Like my sister said she was always there watching us grow up and supporting us in what we have done. She will be very missed.

She fought so hard and now she can rest. We will treasure memories of her.
Dear Mark, Tricia and Blake,
We wish that we could be there with you to help during this time, but know that our hearts are with you always. Try to find comfort in knowing she is happy and free, surrounded by love, and that you all gave her so much during her last years.
I remember at Mark and Tricia’s wedding that people didn’t think she would last long after. Not only did she fight to live, she managed to see her two beautiful and amazing grandchildren born. There can be no greater gift that you could have given to her.
Blake, know your companionship during these times helped her stand tall and strong, even when it was most difficult. Because of this, she was able to share more holidays, birthdays, anniversaries and simple, glorious occasions with her loved ones. Every extra day she had on this earth to share with her beloved family was a gift that you helped give her.
There really are no words at times like these that make much of a difference, but the love you share with each other, with your families and your friends is what will sustain you.
May God hold your heart and your hand when you feel you can go no further and may He grant you peace, even as you grieve.
Our deepest sympathies,
In loveing memory. I will miss the great times we had together. Baseball games, movies and luncheons. I feel for family, but know you’re in a better place.

Darlene will be missed . I loved her laugh. My heart is with all of you at this sad time.
Dear Mark,
I am very sorry for your loss.
and very sad to hear that your mom, Mrs. Powers passed away.
May your memories sooth your spirits. You and your family are in my prayers.
Dear Blake and family,
I am sad to hear of your mom’s passing. On Saturday it was raining all day and when you called to tell me about your mom, it got sunny outside. Your mom loved to travel sunny places of course and the sun came out for her trip on Saturday. I will always remember your mom’s smile, her loud laugh, and her always getting after you Blake!
My memories of Darleen started when I was very young. My parents, Darlene & Mike and the Hawkins played Pinochle every month. I fondly remember sitting on Darleen’s lap, being her card buddy. As I grew older Darleen was always supportive of my endeavors. She was at my wedding and she was there when my sister was married. During many milestones in my life I remember Darleen being there.
She will definitely be missed by me.
