Frances A. Kelly
Died 11/19/15 at her home in Seattle. Born 3/4/36 to Carroll and Neva Williams and raised in Georgetown. She graduated from Cleveland High School in 1954. Frances was active with the USO and retired from Boeing after 25 years.
Preceded in death by her husband of 53 years Byrne P. Kelly in November, 2011 and her brother Duane Williams in February, 2015. Beloved mother of daughter Kerry (Bob), sons Byrne Jr., Pat, and Tom (Kim ); grandmother of Alex (Jen), Alicia, Brianna (Brandon), Rebecca, Madison and Maxwell; great grandmother of Kannon, Karma and Milo with one on the way and sister of Marlene and Cheryl (Bob).
Visitation 6:00 PM Monday, November 30, 2015 with a Rosary at 7:00 PM both at Bonney-Watson Washington Memorial, 16445 International Blvd, SeaTac. Funeral Mass 12:00 Noon Tuesday, December 1, 2015 with a reception immediately following at St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 1028 SW 128th Street, Burien.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations are requested to St. Bernadette School, Franciscan Hospice or the charity of your choice.

All though we had never met,Your son Byrne ,shared pictures of you on face book. He was very proud of you. Your life was full. I always wanted to tell Byrne ,you looked like Mrs Beasley. She was a doll ,I wanted when I was young.
You now are an Angel.
Carrie, Byrne, Pat and Tom, I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your Mom, she was one of the kindest women I had the pleasure to know. Wishing you all peace in your hearts.
Fran was probably the best person I have ever known. She was not judgmental, she was forgiving and she loved. What more could you ask? I admired her so much. Fran, you will be sorely missed; you were a great wife, mother and friend. You are now with Byrne who loved you as much as you loved him. RIP, both of you.
We are so sorry for your loss. Our family has such fond memories of yours, starting with Boy Scouts and camping, and ending with decades of Wednesday night dinners at White Center Pizza. Fran will be missed! Blessings that she is relieved of pain, and reunited with Byrne.
Byrne, We sorry to read that you have lost your Mother to a place where you can no longer see or talk to her. Because of a scheduled doctors appointment, we will not be able to be at the service to support you, and the rest of your family.
However, know that we are supporting you with our thoughts, at this time.

Besides being nice and sweet she was a great co-worker and the very best typists and fastest, at the Boeing Co.
We were also fellow parishioners at St. Bernadette from 1962 to
1977.
fran will always be “frannie” to me. we went to just about every uso dance at the catholic uso across from the Olympic hotel. our uso was in competition with the one that the ywma had across the street. she was so much fun! this was in the era of poodle skirts and flats. fran would have so many creolin skirts under her skirt, she couldn’t really sit down. she loved to dance. I know she’s happy now, she’s with byrnie and all is well now. thanks for the memories, frannie. rip!
