We have olny know Janice for about 25 or 30 years, not nearly enought. Many people thought Janice and I were sisters and we would say yes sister from another mother and father. I really love her since of humor and her tender heart. She was a great example of how to be a good loving friend…Love and miss ya sista’.

So sorry to hear this… I have such great childhood memories hanging out with Janice and Cindy…. Especially swimming at Angle Lake…. cutting Janice’s bangs and they stuck up like a rooster. She was so sweet and kind. She just laughed and said , “It will grow back”. RIP Janice.
I have been searching the internet for years for Janice. Janice and I went to “A school” together in the Navy and then were roomies the entire time she was with VP-31 and VP-9. We were so close and then when she left the Navy we lost track of one another. SInce the start of Facebook, I have searched for her every week to see if she finally had a FB page, this morning I widen my search to include all of the internet. This is truly not how I had hoped to my friend Janice. My contact info is: diane@thecruiseplanner.com should a family member wish to contact me. My deepest sympathies to all Janice’s friends and family!
I am shocked and saddened at this point. I did not hear about this until now. I cannot believe she is gone. She had a very tender heart but she was tough when she needed to be.
My heart goes out to her only living sibling, Cindy. You have been through allot in the past several years. I am truly hurting for you.
