Please accept my condolences with the passing of John Foy. I had the pleasure of working with him as a sister in the companionship of IAM. John was one of the first brothers that I worked with when I came on board the HSI Team. John’s diligence in the safety realm is unparalled. John will be truly missed by his workmates and friends.
I wish to express my heartfelt condolences to Johns family. Losing a loved one is never an easy thing. May your grief be tempered by your cherished memories of him.
John was great guy who enriched other’s lives in ways that go far beyond being a health/safety & union focal. I knew him for years as a member of the safety committee, but my most memorable conversation with him was the most recent one – just before the holidays at a luncheon. His sense of humor and optimistic outlook really shined and made all who sat with him merry as well. He shared details about his life that I’d never known before. He was an amazing man who lived a rich life and we will all dearly miss him.
We have known John for awhile. The most remarkable and enduring trait was John’s smile and heart warming laugh. John, you were a great friend and we will miss you greatly.
With our deepest condolences to the family and friends, May john’s next journey, be as full of spirit, as the one he had with us here. John was a man of Valor, character and strength, he will be greatly missed.
John will be terribly missed by those he has provided union representation for or has been a great friend to. A well loved and respected man. We are all better for knowing him. May God comfort his family in their time of deep sorrow. RIP John, we will miss you.

John was an outstanding person. He cared deeply about the members he represented and took great pride in the job he did at the Boeing Company. He will be greatly missed by all of us that knew him.
I first met John almost five years ago when he taught a Move Smart class to my automotive group at Plant II. I was delighted to find out he was in the same group as I in Kent and was looking forward to getting to know him better. He will be greatly missed by all his friends and co-workers at Boeing.
I appreciated John’s help the time I worked in Kent. May God give you the strength to carry on.
I had the pleasure of knowing and working with John for over 12 years at Boeing. John was a kind and gentle man. He dedicated a lot of time making sure his fellow employees worked in a safe, fair and secure workplace. He spent countless hours working to make Boeing a better place to work. John also was an excellent mechanic. He held a Master Mechanic’s Certificate for many years. Our Boeing Team has lost a good friend and a great team mate. John will truly be missed.
John will be missed greatly, by myself and many other Boeing co-workers.
Farewell Dad, we will miss you. Although thousands of miles apart we always knew you were there. May your soul rest in peace.Until we meet again.Your daughter Sylvia
John is the gift they got in Heaven this year~ God Bless my friend~
Even though I worked in maintenance at Boeing, I only met John a few times. From what I saw, he had a wonderful view of life and fond feelings for his family. I extend my condolences to his family and friends. Be well.
John you will be greatly missed by your union brothers. You unselfishly gave many hours as a picket captain during the last three strikes. I’ll miss seeing you during our monthly meetings. It was great having somebody around that had common sense, and had great family and work values. we’ll miss you..
John, I’ll miss seeing your daily presence in Maintenance Dispatch area during your break. Thank you for the jokes, smiles, and for answering my IAM concerns. Thank you John, you will be missed.
