Obituary

Loving wife, and beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend to all, lost her battle with cancer on May 6th, 2013.  Born in Olympia, Washington on December 12, 1929, Margie later moved to Seattle, where she became a graduate of Cleveland High School in 1948, where she made many life-long friends.  She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Richard in 1994, having shared a wonderful marriage of 46 years. 

Margie was a long time  VFW Auxiliary member  in Westport where they lived for 30 years

She is survived in death by her sister Virginia Andrew, brother Theodore Ripley, son Thomas Walsh and spouse Joan Walsh, and daughter Theresa Murphy and spouse Steve Murphy

Margie is survived, as well, by three grandchildren Monica Ganyard (Walsh) and spouse Darrin Ganyard, Tracey Walsh, and Timothy Walsh and spouse Teressa Walsh.  Lastly, she is survived by great-grandchildren Olivia and Calvin Ganyard.

Services will be held at Washington Memorial Cemetery, Sea-Tac, Washington, Wednesday May 15th at two o’clock in the afternoon.

i did not know your mom but she sounds like she was very sweet i know the pain of losing a mother and i just want you to know i feel your pain prayers i send you
