Although we were many miles apart, my sister was always in my heart and only a phone call away. She was a very special person. I loved her very much and will treasure the memories we shared.

Your loving sister,

Mary

Dear Aunt Peggy, Although my memories of you are from my youth and I haven’t seen you in many years, I’ve always held you in my heart. I still have a small golden teddy bear that held perfume which you sent me for Christmas when I was a little girl. I always think of you when I see it. You will be missed. Love, Susan

Dear Arnie: I am sure that Virginia and Herb would concur when I say what a wonderful person Peggy was, and how much we loved talking with her and you, when you weren’t “busy” with the “kids” and what a pleasure it has been to know you both as a couple. Know that she will always be with you! And we are here for you too!

I feel so fortunate to have known Peggy. I’m going to miss her wry humor and all her great stories. Peggy was one of the greatest things about living in our neighborhood of Fentonwood. She made us feel so welcome and was a wealth of information about the history of the neighborhood. I loved hearing about all the history and she really made living here special and unique. She, along with Arnie are the best neighbors anyone could hope for. Rosemary Von Rueden
