Santa Claus Bob,
Thank you so much for being a part of my life for even a brief bit of time. You made such an impact on me in that short time that I can’t even begin to explain or thank you for. You are one of those special people God put in my path to give me a message and that message was to get outside of myself and let my light shine for others. That is what you did. I will never forget you or the special message I learned from you. Until we meet again! Love, Gina
Our Hearts are with you. We feel so blessed to have spent a couple of hours last year with Uncle Bob.
Dear Marvel and family–
So sorry to hear about Bob, he was so special in so many ways–always there with a smile and kind words.
I have you in my prayers
Much love and hugs are sent to you
Peg
We truly love and will miss Bob. There is one more in heaven to look forward to seeing. .
We will miss visiting with you VERY much this Christmas. You see we are one of the family that would call ahead to make sure that YOU would be there, when we came for pictures. You were magic, and we would drive from Woodinville each year, because you where OUR Santa and no one in between would do. We enjoyed the extra time that you spent with us. We all love you. and you will be a treasured part of our family each year as we pull out the pictures and always. Cynthia, Kiera 18, and Camron 16.
We have known Bob and Marvel only since moving in three doors down in 2006. Bob was the first person to greet us, and he and Marvel were most gracious in welcoming us to the neighborhood. We were intrigued over time to learn of Bob’s many activities in the community, and saw first hand on many occasions the depth of his wormth and kindness. From our perspective, Bob set a wonderful example for us of how to live one’s life in community with others. We do, and will continue to, miss him….
Tammy: Elynor wants you to know of her deep-felt condolences for you and your family. Elynor remembers your singing in her childrens’ choir and your Dad always the cheerful “Santa”. We last saw him and Marvel only a couple weeks before, at the World Cavalcade in Auburn.
Marvel: Please accept our condolences on this surprising passing of your husband Bob. As I said to Tammy, he was always smiling and showing his Christian love to us and to everybody we knew.
As your niece you hold a dear place in my heart. I will always remember your teasing, and the whisker burns you use to give me on my face. How you use to laugh and always had a smile on your face. I don’t think I ever heard you say a wrong word to anyone or about anyone. If I could live up to be half the person you were, I will be blessed. I love you and will miss you. You may be gone but you are not forgotten.
We both have such warm and loving memories of our Uncle Bob…Dwight since he was a child and Jervae over the past 41 years that she has been part of the wonderful Eldridge clan. We will never forget the love Uncle Bob showed to all, and we will make sure our grandchildren know of him as well. Bob’s legacy will live on in our family.
Bob, you opened your heart and home making me feel as family. We have such great memories! I am a better person to have had you in my life. I’ll always remember and love you Bob! Rest Eternally! – John and Nancy
