Ainsley M. ‘Dix’ Dixon.
Born April 27, 1931, passed away suddenly on February 3, 2011. Dix has lived in the Tukwila/SeaTac/Burien area for more than 50 years.
Following his retirement from the Boeing, Co, Dix and his wife of 56 years, Joyce, traveled the world photographing lighthouses.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Dixon family as you go through this tough journey.
My thoughts and prayers are with the Dixon family as you go through this tough journey.
We were so lucky to meet you and Joyce through lighthouses and had many great and enjoyable trips and visits with you over the years. You will be missed.
George and I were honored to know Ainsley “Dix” Dixon…Anchors Away “Dix” smooth sailing!! We know he will be sorely missed by his family and friends. RIP!!
Although I never really got a chance to know Uncle Ainsley, Aunt Joyce and all my family in Washington very well, I grieve this loss. I remember them coming to my wedding, thousands of miles away…a small gesture that meant the world to a young bride. Your thoughtfulness was treasured! My prayer is for strength and comfort for the family in the days that lie ahead. God bless and keep you, Kim Stevensongreat niece
