My parents the Anderson’s Francis and Eula that preceeded them in death, held both Albertha and Roman in high regard. Albertha and Eula who were cousins, grew up together in Haughton. Francis and Roman were in the military together. The Mayfield’s were both always very kind to me and treated me as family, which I always recognized and appreciated. May they all rest in peace.
Albertha was a very classy lady and will be missed by her friends here at Highland Park UMC. We will miss her steadfassness and happy spirit. Sent with our love.
