Alfred N. Sather, April 19, 1914 – December 3, 2010
Al Sather, 96, died peacefully December 3, 2010 with his loving family by his side. He went home to be with God and his beloved wife Gertrude Dolly. He is survived by his sons Arone Sather and Gerald Sather; grandchildren, Scott Sather, Jolene Wallace, and Karen Crutchfield and many great grandchildren. A memorial service and celebration of his amazing life will take place Tuesday, December 14, 2010 at 11:00 am at Highline United Methodist Church in Burien. Remembrances and memorials may be made to the Highline United Methodist Church, 13015 First Avenue South, Burien, WA 98168 or to the Group Health Foundation, 320 Westlake Avenue North, Suite 100, Seattle, WA 98108.

I lived 3 houses away from Ron and Gerry when we were all boys in Burien. It was a special time for us all.

My condolences to the Sather family. Al was a special person as was his wife Dolly.
