Algie Otis Frazier
Algie Otis Frazier was born on December 6, 1949 in Beaumont, Texas to Bertha Bogany-Frazier and Algie Frazier. Upon moving to Seattle, Washington with his family in the early 1950’s, he graduated from Garfield High School in 1968 and studied at the Seattle University before beginning a 20 year career with the Washington State Department of Employment Security. He retired in 2002. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bertha and Algie Frazier, and his nephew, Dayton Frazier, Jr(*).
Algie was a loving and considerate person. He enjoyed many things from listening to soft jazz, and fishing with his father and brother, to collecting “owl” figurines and spending the holidays with family. He even had a favorite saying – “go with the flow.”
Algie Otis Frazier was a loving father, brother, and uncle. He was these, and many more things, but above all he was LOVED by his family.
