Dilonardo Family. I’ve know Anna Marie for my whole life. She was a loving caring person. She gave me a bridal shower at her mothers home for the neighborhood ladies when Don and I got married. She and Jim were wonderful neighbors to my father Art Hartmann and kept an eye on him for me. Enjoyed our brunches at Kettles in these later years with our daughters. She was so much fun to be around. Always full of vim and vigor. We will miss her as we do Jim. Don and Margie
Sallie and Jim, My deepest sympathy to you on the loss of your Mother. Your are in our thoughts and prayers. Her generous heart has taught me so much this past year. Your Mother’s stories, unique style, intelligence, and smiles will be fondly remembered. She was one of a kind. Jerry, Sarah, Hannah, and I will all miss our “Other Mother.”
Mark & I send our sincere condolences to Anna Marie’s entire family for their loss. Anna Marie was a special friend to all of us for many years. Her caring and smile will always be remembered. She always remembered special events and times in our family over the years, births, weddings, Christmas. She was a dear, dear friend for many years to our mother Jeanne Underhill. We want you all to know she was always loved and appreciated. We enjoyed our breakfast get togethers during the years too! Again, our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. She will be missed and always in our hearts.

My heart goes out to all of you. I will miss her smile, she always wore one!her stories, sometimes she would actually talk about HERSELF, she did ALOT of really neat things in her life!her excitement about giving gifts to people, she NEVER forgot anybodyher love of balloons and white carnations, and her graciousness in every thing she did. The neighborhood has truly lost a “jewel” and I will miss her terribly. I find comfort in the fact she is with Jimmy once again, and feel lucky to have known such a beautiful lady.
Love, Denise Baggen
We have such fond memories of Anna Marie, lunches at the WAC, OX 5, and a long history of fun times. Our folks were good friends. We find old pictues and envelopes that your Dad drew little airplane sketches and cartoons on and we remember all the fun they had.

I echo my sister’s memories of lunches & fashion shows at Town & Country & WAC. Dinners at one of our houses & lots of stories & laughter. I always thought your Mom was one of the most beautiful people and she was so thoughtful, I know you will miss her deeply.
Dear Sallie and James,
So sorry to hear about your mom’s passing. I lost my mom two years ago at this time, so I know the pain you feel. I hope that pain will soon be replaced with all the beautiful memories.

Anna Marie was my favorite customer along with her friend Lee. The two of them had so many stories to tell. They were filled with humor and wisdom.
Anna Marie was always looked spectacular, so well turned out! And she was so nice! But if I said something to offend her, she would tell me right upfront and I really appreciated that.
To Sallie and family, your memorial here is appreciated..”Our beautiful mother…” We are going to miss Anna Marie at Kettells’.
Sometimes customers who didn’t know her would comment on how cute she was. People who had never spoken to her but have seen her at the restaurant were sad to hear of her passing, but appreciated hearing that she had had the quality of life you speak of right up to the end.
Sincerely, Beverly from Kettells’
Anna Marie was an old childhood friend of my dad’s, Al Hostak, former world middleweight champion. She was such a dear lady and helped provide to us a lot of memories and information for dad’s documentary, that is still in the works. Even though dad has dementia now, I remember he always spoke highly of Anna Marie. She would always remember to send him a birthday card and Christmas card for that matter. Such a very thoughtful lady and a wonderful person.
Dear Sallie and James, our sincere sympathies. Please, let’s try and stay in touch. Wishing you the best and May God Bless you all.
