Archie “Babe” Carrossino

87, husband and father, was born December 4, 1914 in Seattle, Washington. He passed away on February 24, 2002 due to complications from a long battle of kidney disease. He is survived by his wife of 63 years Pauline and his children Lauree Pete Naccaroto and Douglas Nancy Carrossino; grandchildren Janni, Allyssa, Marcia and Stephen and several great grandchilden. Archie was born and raised on produce farm property in the Duwamish Valley of which he stilled owned at the time of his death. He got most of his enjoyment from the thing he knew best working. After working his childhood years on his parents produce farm he became familiar with an area known as Produce Rowe by making deliveries of the family produce to distributors in downtown Seattle. He began a 55 year career as a Teamster in Local 174 employed by Carl Prato and Sons which later became known as Consolidated Fruit and Produce and then later retired from M.L. Davies produce company in 1972. There will be a private family graveside service at Bonney Watson Washington Memorial, SeaTac on Friday March 1, 2002. In lieu of flowers the family request that you make a contribution to the N. W. Kidney Center at P.O. Box 3035, Seattle, WA 98114 in his name.

I still miss my angel of a grandfather every day. You taught us so many valuable life lessons with out ever telling us what to do or how to be. Love you Boompa!

Miss my dad always called him Arch instead of dad dont know why but it worked.
