ARCHIE THEODORE SKOUGSTAD, age 87 was born to Julius Arthur and Clara Hansen Skougstad of Fernwood, Washington on February 27, 1921. He passed away Sunday, April 6, 2008 in Federal Way, Washington. His passing is within days of being one year of his wifes Marcia passing in April of last year. There will be a Celebration of Life Gathering in his honor on Friday, April 11, 2008 – 12:30 PM at the Washington Memorial Funeral Home 16445 International Blvd., SeaTac, Washington. Rev. John O’Neal of the DesMoines Grace Lutheran Church will officiate. The service will be followed by a reception in the Hospitality Room of the funeral home.

I can only imagine how you are all feeling with the passing of Sweet Archie. Especially since it’s been less than a year since Marcie made her journey to God. Just keep in your thoughts that they are together again and feeling no pain. Square Dancing with all their friend who have gone on before. I am sure Marcie and my Dad met Archie at the Gate. We will miss his smiling face and gentle hugs. Remember, we are there for you always.
