Shawn,
My deepest condolence, your mother was a very special woman who touched a lot of lives, and no one will ever forget her special kindness. I am so upset that I missed her service. I’m so sorry I was not there for you.
Love,
Marilou & Family
The first time I met Ardelle, I was helping her with loading groceries in her car. It was an old beat-up Ford wagon green with wood panelling and it was packed with… stuff? The only space available to place her groceries was, half of the front passenger seat. Helping her was always a kick. She always had funny stories to tell and great life experiences to share. I’ll miss her.
My sincerest condolensces to her family.

She will be missed.
Dearest Shawn and Family,
It is with much love and sympathy to have lost your best friend and mom, who loved and took care of you most of your life, then, in turn, you took care of her for the rest of her life. You should have wonderful and fond memories to keep in your heart and soul forever. Let mama rest in peace.
With love always,
Kim Canda
We have always felt very close to Ardelle, with her sister being Larry’s mom. I know she had a great impact upon our daughter Kelli. Although she did not get to see Ardelle often, she was always in Kelli’s heart. I can remember the numerous phone calls we use to get from her when we lived in Gresham. It was always about some new cause she was working on, the family history, Hanford whatever. We loved her dearly as we do the entire family. She will forever be in our hearts. We love you all
Dear Grandma, thanks for all of the wonderful experiences. Life has been good, even with the challenges. I’m proud of you for the strength that you showed throughout your life, through health and illness. You are an inspiration. You never lost your sense of humor or sparkle… you had grit. You even turned hospital visits into an “event” for us… as if you were holding court. I remember when we were little kids and came to visit your house and stay over on the weekends. We kids would sit on the bed and cuddle and watch late-night TV with you. This feeling came back when we twins would come to visit you at home or in hospital and were able to “cuddle” with you again. I look forward to continuing getting to know you. Please say “hello” to all of our loved ones there and give them our love. With much love and gratitude, your grandson, Aaron
