Sister Grace Edwards
we will remeber Art in our hearts and, we thank God for him being a part of our lives. He was like a brother, and a part of our family. Our condolences to the Speaks family; may God bless and confort you. George BUSDRIVERand Mary McCoy and Family.
I first met Art in 1963, when I started on the wqaterfront. I was impressed by Art’s leadership abilities. The union officals were also impressed as Arthur was selected to be an overseas delegate. He went overseas and came back ready to organize workers. The military took it out of him. I hope his family inherited the best qualities.
I am saddened by Arthur’s passing.
