Obituary
Augustus L. Hobgood was a Seattle resident in our central area for over 50 years. At 92 years of age, 7-20-2004 mid morning, “Gus” went on “Home” to “Glory”. He succumbed to cancer but didn’t suffer long. Mr. Hobgood is survived by 4 loving daughters, Dorethea Willie Wynne, Lois Anne Oscar, Jr. Eason, Francine Alice Hobgood, Bobbie Terrell Haskin, son, Fletcher Mitchell, grandchildren, Oscar Eason, III, Deartra, Little Parish, Cheronda Harrell, Moses Hunter, Jr., Anthony Little, Cheryl Hunter, DeChon Little, Veretta Redmond, Willie Wynne, Jr., Terrie Wynne, Susan Bell, Terrell Young, Judy Haskin and many great grand children.
Mr. Hobgood loved life, fishing and sports. He was a 32nd degree Mason, as well as a member of the Shriners. He was an avid family man.
