I met Barry and Linda in their retirement time in Lake Havasu, so only knew him a short time. I will remember Barry as a kind, gentle, caring, gracious and patient man who truly enjoyed whatever he was doing. He was just so easy to be around. It was always apparent how much he loved his family — my thoughts and prayers are with you all.
Mom,
The loss of Barry was not what anyone signed up for,its so hard to accept.
I will forever be grateful and treasure my memories for the time and the love we all shared together for all those years.
I love you,Shannon
I met Barry several years ago at a nascar veiwing party, and from the moment we were introduced, I knew he was one of the good guys. Always smiling with a good joke or story to tell Barry was the life of the party, his voice echoing above all the small talk, Barry could sure capture a room with his insight on sports as he had vast knowledge on several different sports. With Linda always by his side, the two were a class act, from the cars they rolled in with to the way they carried themselves and made you feel like they’ve known you for years. I’ll miss our nascar “drivers” talks Barry, but…I know you’ll always be there with us as we discuss who’s going to pull off the win, seems you were always making the right calls on the winner, and everybody heard you! You’ll be missed my friend….
Linda and Family, Im so sorry to hear of our great loss. Barry has always been on the fun and sunny side of life which he gave so everyday. We will miss him as he will always be in our hearts and minds.

My very heartfelt condolences to Linda and Family. You have lost a great man in your lives, he will be greatly missed by all of us that had the pleasure of getting to know him. Andy
Barry knew me before I knew him; in my mother’s tummy. He always made a visit for holidays, birthdays, and even my high school graduation. I’ve always thought of him as family and my heart goes out to all.
Our friendship was new but valued and you will be missed. Our little group here in Havasu will miss you.
I have enjoyed Barrys humor and friendship for many years. He brought joy and happiness to all that crossed his path. He was a caring individual that went out of his way to help, and pass on his knowledge. I know it’s hard for us to understand but he has broken free of the life that binds us here, and is now free to live the eternal life that is promised to all. May he take his rightful place at the table of the Lord to take part in the feast that celebrates his life as we knew it.
I am so sorry for your loss…it is very hard to make sense of it all…
I was honored to be part of your wedding and I have fond memories of the good times that we had together. Barry was one of the most laid back people I have ever met…
It is a wonderful thing to have such good memories, it’s what we all will hold on to until we meet again…
I am so sad to learn of Barry’s sudden passing. Barry was surely one of the most thoughtful and giving people I have ever met and am proud to call him my friend. I have so many wonderful memories of Barry. His sense of humor and love he showed for others will not be forgotten.
Linda, I’m thinking of you. You were Barry’s star. We could all see how much he truly adored you. Take care.
Barry was the quiet one. He was happy to be part of the group and was always smiling. We were his first stop whenever he bought a new car. Ferrero, Bronco II, Camero just to name a few so it doesn’t supprise me that he bought a Hummer. He was always there for my daughters B-days and graduations and it was nice to visit with him at those events. Linda my heart goes out to you. Take comfort in knowning that he is with Alexandrea and Alex and is still smiling.

I met Barry in 1973 shortly after he left the US Navy as we were both drivers for Airport Taxi Co. It was not long before we ended up sharing an apartment home in the SeaTac area. Over the years we played sports, traveled, went to concerts, Sonic, Mariner, and Seahawk games, made our families and raised great girls. We had good times. I will sure miss Barry.
Shannon and Linda and Family,
I am so very sorry for your loss.
Although I didn’t know Barry, from
what Shannon has shared with me I
understand he was a wonderful guy.
I send you my heartfelt condolence
and hope your many memories can help ease your sorrow.
Sincerely, Michelle Jonasson

We are shocked and saddened by the sudden loss of Barry. We will always remember his sense of humor and laid back attitude. It is truely a tremendous loss for all who knew him.
He will be remembered as a great, fun person to share some time admiring his hot tub gazebo and some golf time and tournament with. My heart goes out to his wife and family.
Barry was and upbeat and friendly guy to work with and around.
We share your sorrow at his passing.
There are never the right words to express how deeply saddened we are that we all have to endure this loss. Barry will be truly missed by everyone who knew him no matter where they crossed his path in life.
Barry was a giver, never a taker. He was always there to help no matter how busy he was; no matter the time of day; and, never asking or needing anything in return.
Friends like Barry are few in life and it is with a heavy heart that we also grieve with your loss.
His friendship meant the world to us, and I couldn’t have asked for a more genuine friend than Barry. Memories of our times together regardless of where we where or what we were doing will be forever held dear to me. May your memories bring you comfort in the days ahead.
With our deepest sympathy, your friends,
John, Dana, and Joshua Violette
