Bea,

I am going to miss you so very much. I will miss all the talks we had, I could talk to you about anything.

You were the strongest lady I have ever known and the hardest worker. I watched you struggle and work countless double shifts to raise your 3 kids and in case you didn’t know you did a great job, they all turned out great. I remember times when our kids were little and we lived in California, I wasn’t working then and had no food for my kids to eat, I took them by their little hands and we walked to your house. I asked you if you could feed my kids a can of soup and of course you did that and more. Unfortunately neither of us had given our children a father that they could depend on but they always had you and for that I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I want you to know that I will always stay closely in touch with Dave, Doug and Linda and will always be there for them no matter what.

I love you

and I miss you!

Hey Grandma, Don’t know what to write because you showed me what independant woman can accomplish. We have a family where it doesn’t matter how good or bad we behave because we’re family. So I will continue to carry on your middle name with lots of pride and respect. Love you

Aunt Bea,

I wish I would have told you how proud I am of you and how lucky I was to have you for my aunt. Your humor and strength were always present even in difficult times. You’ve always given without wanting anything in return. Thank you. I will also cherish the recipes you’ve given me even though they will never taste the same as yours. Love you forever.

During this time, may sweet memories fill your hearts. and if your soul needs to shed some tears, then let them flow.. and if a laugh creeps in, give yourself that gift. may time be your friend and give you comfort.

Mom, I love you, you were always there when we needed you the most. Always making sure your family came before anything. You could always call mom in a time of need or if you had a problem and she would always make you feel better. She loved all of her grandchildren Jason, Charina, Sabrina, David and Lacie Adkins. One of the familys’ favorite places was Sun Lakes in Eastern Washington, mom liked to take the grandchildren trout fishing and camping. We will always cherish those times. Mom don’t worry we will take care of Kay. You will be in my heart forever. See you later, your son, Dave

Miss Beatrice, Oh the sweetest memories! Picking mulberries, camping, fishing, and don’t forget the dancing! Thanks for giving me the greatest dad in the world! I don’t know who gets the credit for passing on the stubborness, but it’s either you or my dad. Not that it’s a bad thing! Anyhow I will pass on the love that you gave me. Sorry You didn’t get to see any of us marry or have children, it must be that stubborness. Surely we will make you happy! Oh yeah and Thank you for giving me my beautiful red hair! Nothing better than picking strawberries in your underwear. Only Grandma can snicker about that! Much Love Grandma Bea! It will never be forgotten and always passed on. Love Charina Marie Adkins -XOXOXO-

I’m so sorry for the families loss. Aunt Bea was one of a kind. My Dad Keith loved her to pieces and I know she loved him too. I remember working with her at Northwest Glass when I was just 18 years old. What a lady. She will be missed. Love to the family, Gina, Rich, Erika & Bryan, Ryan Richie, and Tanner

I could write thousands of words and never begin to cover the memories and the reasons why my Aunt Bea was so loved and is so missed. I was lucky enough in my life to have the gift of always living near her and my cousins, Doug, Dave and Linda. Growing up we spent our holidays together, we camped and fished. My aunt Bea took me trick or treating, she fed me and dried my tears. There wasn’t anything that she would not do for us all. There was never a time that you needed her that she wasn’t right there with open arms and a loving smile and that never changed. I loved you like I do my mother, I will miss you so. Until I see you again, be at peace now.
