Bella A. Rullan
Bella A. Rullan passed away on March 23, 2017 with her family by her side in SeaTac, Washington. She was born on October 23, 1942 in the Philippines. She was married to Dr. Bernard Rullan, Jr.
She worked for Swedish Medical Center as a post-partum OB Registered Nurse until her retirement in 2014. She was an active member in many organizations including the Filipino Nurses and Healthcare Professionals of Washington, and the Filipino American Physicians of Washington (FAPWA). She was heavily involved in her Parish, St. Thomas in Tukwila, where she was a member of the choir and International Friendship Group. She was actively involved in many charitable and medical missions both domestically, and in the Philippines.
She is survived by her only son, James Rullan, and his wife, Ana Armas-Rullan. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, which were her pride and joy; Jordan and Juliana.
Viewing will take place from 2-6pm on Tuesday, March 28th with a Rosary beginning at 7pm at Bonney Watson/Washington Memorial Park in SeaTac, Washington. Funeral service will take place on Wednesday, March 29th at 10:00am at St. Thomas in Tukwila, Washington. Burial to follow at Washington Memorial Park in SeaTac, with reception to follow.

Even though I have moved to California my ninang has always keep in touch with me and when I came to Seattle for vacations we also got to do a few Lunch dates to see each other.
