We heard the sad news from Lourdes, our niece from Bakersfield. It was a shocking news on my part. We had fun memories especially when you visited us in Carson, California. Bel, se are very sorry and we share you our deepest sympathy. May the soul of Bernie rest in PEACE and may you find confort for your loss.
We will miss our friendly and helpful neighbor & friend of many many years. It seems if Bernie was home, not attending and caring for his many patients & practice, he was out working in his beautiful yard. To Bella, James and All of His Family, our thoughts and prayers are with you. If there is anything we can do, remember, we are right next door!
Warm regards,
Larry & Judith Evenson

I’ll always remember Mr. Rullan as always being cool, and unflappable. He would smile knowingly and tell you what was what, in a nice way. My thoughts and prayers are with you. I am sorry for your loss. Palmer Family.
I was sitting here reminiscing about giving birth to both my sons and wondered about Dr. Rullan so I googled his name and came across his obituary. I knew I was in good hands with him. After my first born was delivered by him, I wanted him to deliver my second. He was the best OB GYN. He also performed my hysterectomy. What a wonderful man. May he rest peacefully, eternally.
