Beverly Kay Louis NOBLE Beverly lost her battle with cancer on May 24, 2010. She fought bravely but it overpowered her. Beverly was born in Seattle on 1-24-36 to Henry Kay Louis and BoKim Chin Louis. She attended local schools and graduated from Garfield High, Class of 1954. She married her husband of 56 years in 1954 and moved to the Bay Area of California. She spent 30 years living in CA and had three sons during that time. In 1983, when her husband retired she moved to the Federal Way area. This move made her happy to be with her extended family and long time friends. Beverly kept her friendship with her former neighbors in CA and her relatives that lived in CA. There was a yearly vacation to visit but she was always happy to return to the Northwest. Beverly was a third generation family of Seattle. Her grandfather came from China in the 1800’s and became one of the first business owners in Chinatown. Beverly was always proud of her Chinese heritage and kept the language skills learned from her grandmother and mother. Beverly is survived by her husband, James, and sons, Fred Faith, Chris Tracy, and Maurice Morgan. Her brother, Daniel Louis and sister, Joan Lock Steve. She has three grandchildren, Nick, Natalie and Claire. She leaves cousins, nieces, and nephews. The family thanks Swedish Hospital and Franciscan Hospice for the care and service they gave her. Funeral Services will be at Bonney Watson, 1732 Broadway, Seattle at 11am on June 2, 2010. In lieu of flowers, donations to Swedish and Franciscan Hospice would be appreciated.
