Billie Ruthruff

June 1, 1929 – March 9, 2018 Billie passed away peacefully on March 9, 2018 at the age of 88. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Wally. Survived by her daughters Eileen (Jim), Colleen (Brian), Mikie (Jerry) and Diane (Randy). 9 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. Services will be held Friday March 16, 2018 at 10AM at Bonney Watson Washington Memorial in SeaTac, Washington.
