Billie Mary Stone
12/11/26 to 03/05/16. Billie was born in Tacoma Wash. and grew up in Centralia, WA. where she would meet her future husband and his family at a very early age.
Not long after Earl left for WWII, Billie and her family moved to California, where she would stay for most of the war. In July of 1944, while Earl was on leave, they married. Billie was 17 years old, and shortly after they started their family.
For a long time they lived in Federal Way, where they were surrounded by both extended families. After dabbling in several different jobs Billie became a prof. presser in a cleaners. After retiring Billie took pride in being a housewife and the Driver on their many motor-home adventures.
Billie is preceded in death by her parents, husband Earl, and all three sisters. She is survived by her son Bill Stone, daughter Sharon Murphy; Grandchildren Ed Stone, Paulette Stone, and Shannon Murphy-Spear; Great Grandsons Gabriel Spear, Ryan Stone and Ayden Spear. Also three step grandchildren, and five step great grandchildren.
There will be a viewing and mausoleum placement at Washington Memorial in SeaTac, Monday March 21st at 2pm. All are welcome.
