I have many fond memories of Brita. She was a wonderful friend and especially so loving and proud of her precious granddaughter Michelle. Her contributions to the many ‘family’ gatherings have been missed. Her recipes will live on forever. Sincere condolences to the whole family, as they will miss her greatly.
Brita and I created great memories preparing for Stan’s 40th surprise birthday party. It was a fun day that I will always remember.

I have so many wonderful memories of Brita. I date back to the Frederick’s Group. We had a lot of fun with this group of former employees and their families. We enjoyed parties and picnics as families and they managed to get together as a adult group on a regular basis. I spent over nights with Sharon at their family home in Olympic Manor. Brita was very close to my mom Lula husband, John Larsen. She was always very sweet, quiet and giving. Every summer she showed up at our house with a flat of raspberries or strawberries that she had picked. I remember my parents were always so surprised and had told her they didn’t want her to work so hard, her reply was
”I like picking berries”. She was a hard worker. I lost contact with her until later in life when she showed up at our funeral homethat we formerly owned, Wiggen & Sons to get information and later for my mothers funeral. She hadn’t changed a bit.
I will always treasure these wonderful memories that were given to us by our parents. Lovingly, Julie
