CARL NGIRIOU WAS BORN ON SEPTEMBER 27, 1986. HE WAS A FUN LOVING PERSON THAT LOVED HIS FAMILY AND HIS FRIENDS AND EVERYONE THAT HE MET DURING HIS LIFETIME. HE WAS A NICE, SINCERE HUMAN BEING. HE HAD THE BIGGEST HEART AND HE KNEW EXACTLY HOW TO USE IT. HE WAS AND ALWAYS WILL BE THE BEST PERSON WE’LL EVER KNOW. OUR MEMORIES WILL FOREVER STAY IN OUR HEARTS. WE LOVE YOU AND WE WILL MISS YOU UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN.
