Obituary
Carol was born on June 19, 1945 in Chicago IL. and passed away on January 28th in Seattle after a year long battle with cancer. She was a devoted teacher at Aylen Jr. High School in Puyallup for over 35 years, teaching a variety of subjects. She loved collecting art, quilting, and traveling both here and abroad. She was the center of our large extended family, often organizing family events and parties for the children.
She is survived by her siblings Jean Brooks (Terry), Bob Perry, Linda Baker, Tom Perry, and Jody Tyler, and her Uncle Jim Perry and his wife Rabiab Perry, and many loving cousins, nieces, nephews, many, many friends and her best buddy Fred Orton.
She will be in our hearts forever.
Services will be held on Saturday February 4th, at Grace Lutheran Church; 22975 24th Avenue South, Des Moines, at 1:30 pm.
