On the island of Talisay, Cebu Philippines in 1927, Petronillo and Gorgonia La Luna Bacalso welcomed their daughter Cecilia into the world. Years later, at the age of 19, she married her soulmate Virgilio Amigable and began the journey of raising a family that would eventually blossom to touch so many lives far and wide. Unwavering devotion to our Heavenly Father and family are pillars on which Cecilia built an abundantly fulfilling life. She always looked upon her loved ones with absolute joyful contentment in her eyes and that sweet gaze lighted our lives. Mass and reception will be held at St. Francis Church, 15236 21st Ave SW, Burien, on October 23, 2017 at 11:00 am with Father Dick Hayatsu officiating. Burial will follow at Bonney-Watson.
Cecilia Amigable, a wife, a mother, a grandmother, and great-grandmother. Most of all, the finest and most caring woman we’ve ever known. You are gone but forever in our hearts and daily existence. You will always remain the only mother and woman in our lives.
