Celestine Delores Bleth Phillips known as Sally was born 5/18/22 in Hettinger North Dakota to Saliscena Sally Garrach Bleth and Domenic Bleth

She was married twice, first to Gustav Banick and had a son Ronald. Gus passed away before his time and she then married Joseph Phillips and had a son Joseph and 3 daughters Linda, Celestine and Elizabeth.
Sally as she was called was a Certified Nurses Aide and she loved to dance and made the absolute best fried chicken and apple pie Sunday dinners.
She was the kindest, gentlest person and she lit up the room with her beautiful hazel eyes and friendly smile.
Ron gave Sally 3 grandchildren, Julia, Cassandra and Scott
Joe gave Sally 2 grandchildren, Allison and Jamie
Elizabeth gave Sally 1 grandchild Jesse
