Celestino Cabanatan Sison was born in Manila Philippines on November 21, 1977.
He was named after our grandpa Celestino Cabanatan from our mom side. He was the baby (Bunso) to our family. He has 4 brothers (kuyas) Eric, Jim, Alfie and Bernard and only sister (ate) Crisma. His father is Benito Sison Jr. (deceased) and his mother is Leticia Sison. He was the “Uncle Cel” to Adrian, Kevin, Chantelle, Erika, Jerrick, Jovanni, Jasilynn, Bryan, Ian, Arriona, Briggs and Jalina and great uncle to Lili, Alonzo, Angelina and Dominic. He was never married or had children, however he treated his nephew and nieces like his own. He loved all his family and his friends.
He migrated to the United States (Seattle, WA) at 4 years old in the Summer time of 1982.
While he was in the Philippines as a baby, his favorite breakfast was Taho (sweet soft tofu with boba). He’ll wait for the Taho vendor to pass by every morning with his cup ready. At one time he was chasing the vendor and fell, broke the glass cup and cut his chest, but he was ok.
He was loved by our aunties and uncles and they call him “Celbot”
Growing up in Seattle in such a young man was an adventure to Celestino. He went to Cleveland HS. He was a football player, He breakdances with his friends, he loves to play guitar with his brother, he loves to rap with his nephews, he was a part owner of “Ooh Mami” restaurant and chef, he loves Seahawks, he loves to do fantasy football and he loves to collect Pokémon cards.

He was the most generous person.
He stops his car when he sees a homeless person and gives every penny he got. If you are the restaurant server even though the service he got was bad, he will still give you a fat tip, sometimes the tip was more than he pays for his food and he often make a napkin flowers and give that to server. If you are having hard time, he will make a point that you’ll smile after you meet him. He was a jolly person, always smiling.
He have helped so may of his friends and connected them to the right people so they’ll be successful.
That’s how influential person he was, He had touch so many lives in his lifetime.
